Has life been feeling a little too serious lately? Or Just getting ready for summer fun!
Join us for a FUN and meaningful virtual gathering designed to help children, adults, families, friends, and caregivers reconnect with joy, imagination, creativity, and play.
Together, we'll explore reflection, storytelling, guided visualization, color, symbolism, and painting as we journey to meet our Muse of Play—the part of us that remembers how to wonder, imagine, laugh, create, and find magic in everyday life.
This experience is not about creating a perfect painting. It's about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and others, and giving yourself permission to play.
During This Experience We Will:
✨ Play fun interactive games
✨ Reflect on meaningful childhood memories
✨ Explore colors, shapes, and imagination
✨ Create a magical portal playground
✨ Meet our Muse of Play or imaginary friend
✨ Discover a gift, symbol, or message from our Muse
✨ Create a one-of-a-kind painting to keep as a reminder of joy, creativity, and play
What You'll Need
🎨 A 16x20 canvas is preferred (or any large mixed media paper, watercolor paper, or canvas board)
🎨 Acrylic paints in rainbow colors—or whatever colors your heart is calling for
🖌 Paintbrushes
💧 Water cup and paper towels
📓 A journal or notebook
✨ Optional: glitter, markers, crayons, colored pencils, collage materials, or any creative supplies you'd like to use
🧸 A favorite toy, stuffed animal, funny hat, funky glasses, or playful object for inspiration
🍿 Your favorite snacks and beverages
No Art Experience Necessary
This workshop is open to all ages and abilities. There is no right or wrong way to create.
Come as you are.
Bring your curiosity, imagination, and willingness to play.

My name is Susana Sierra, I am an Artistic & Intuitive Therapist, licensed clinical social worker, Intentional Creativity® Guide, coach, and Reiki practitioner, and the founder of La Rosa Healing.
My work is rooted in a deep belief that art is medicine. Through my own creative and healing journey, I discovered how intentional painting, ritual, and embodied presence can awaken inner wisdom and support meaningful transformation. This passion now guides how I serve others.
I support women in reconnecting with their truth, creativity, and intuition through sacred art-making and soul-nourishing self-care practices. I am especially inspired by creating gentle, intentional spaces where creativity becomes a pathway to clarity, healing, and self-remembrance.
Sharing this work is both my calling and my joy.
