Paint Your Own Muse — Muse of Play Edition (18+ welcome)

A heart-centered creative experience designed to inspire connection, presence, play, and self-expression through painting and creativity.

Whether you come on your own, with your mother, daughter, or a dear friend, this workshop offers a meaningful space to slow down, reconnect, and create together.

In this experience, you will:
• Explore creativity through symbolism and intuitive painting
• Be guided through meditation and gentle movement
• Create your own personal Muse painting on a 16x20 canvas

Includes:
• Guided creative process inspired by Intentional Creativity®
• All materials provided
• Supportive small group experience
• Light snacks and refreshments

Hi Beloveds,

My name is Susana Sierra, I am an Artistic & Intuitive Therapist, licensed clinical social worker, Intentional Creativity® Guide, coach, and Reiki practitioner, and the founder of La Rosa Healing.

My work is rooted in a deep belief that art is medicine. Through my own creative and healing journey, I discovered how intentional painting, ritual, and embodied presence can awaken inner wisdom and support meaningful transformation. This passion now guides how I serve others.

I support women in reconnecting with their truth, creativity, and intuition through sacred art-making and soul-nourishing self-care practices. I am especially inspired by creating gentle, intentional spaces where creativity becomes a pathway to clarity, healing, and self-remembrance.

Sharing this work is both my calling and my joy.
