Offering Transformative Counseling & Coaching

I work with multiple specialties including: caregiver fatigue, burnout, grief, anxiety. In addition, I use other modalities to support healing such as positive psychology, spirituality and spiritual psychology, intentional art, energy work, mindfulness, consciousness and integration.

I found hope again, in my story. After 20 years of working in the medical field, from corporate to social work I hit my darkest hour.

Amidst my own struggles with burnout, pain, and mental health challenges, I discovered resilience. Battling chronic burnout, autoimmune disease, and grief, I learned the power of self-advocacy. Realizing that strength that was within me, I emerged stronger.

For the last 7 years as a social worker, therapist, and coach, I have been guiding others away from the pain and challenges I once knew.

Now, I'm not just a helper; I'm a beacon of hope, striving to help others release their burdens and reawaken to their dreams.
