I am an artist and creative guide who uses Intentional Creativity® to support people in reconnecting with themselves during times of change, burnout, grief, and transition.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing does not belong to one profession, one modality, or one system. Healing is a personal, layered journey, and creativity is one of the most powerful doorways into that journey.

Through intuitive art, reflection, symbolism, and gentle guidance, I help people slow down, listen inward, and access their own inner knowing. The creative process becomes a place of clarity—where emotions can move, insight can arise, and new possibilities can take shape.

I no longer see myself as someone who treats or fixes.
I am someone who walks alongside.

Those I work with may be exploring many paths to healing—therapy, coaching, functional medicine, medical care, spiritual practice, recovery, or rest. My role is not to direct that path, but to support self-trust, integration, and choice through creativity.

My own journey through burnout, illness, grief, and years in the helping professions taught me that healing often begins when we stop forcing answers and start creating space. Art became the place where I learned to listen again.
