Clinical Services by Availability

I currently maintain a small therapy practice serving a limited number of clients. Therapy services are offered separately from my creative healing and Intentional Creativity® work.

At this time, therapy is available to:

• Private-pay clients, and
   
• A limited number of insurance-based clients, based on availability and fit
   

My clinical practice is intentionally contained to allow for presence, depth, and sustainability in my work.

Therapy provides a confidential, clinical space to support emotional well-being, mental health, and personal growth.

I work with individuals seeking support around:

• Burnout and chronic stress
   
• Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
   
• Grief and loss
   
• Life transitions and identity shifts
   

My approach is relational, thoughtful, and grounded in professional training and experience.

Creative Healing offerings—including Intentional Creativity® sessions, workshops, circles, and retreats—are not psychotherapy and do not replace mental health or medical care.

Creative Healing practices may be thoughtfully integrated into psychotherapy when clinically appropriate and with informed consent.

Creative Healing sessions, workshops, and circles are not psychotherapy, and psychotherapy is not provided within Creative Healing offerings.

This clarity ensures ethical practice, informed consent, and respect for each individual’s needs.

Insurance acceptance may change over time as my practice evolves. Current coverage and availability can be discussed during the inquiry process.
